Rosemary was born in Croy in 1946 and crossed the bridge to meet with family and friends on the 27th November 2011.She worked as a teacher prior to taking early retirment due to ill health and spent many years with the Helpers of the Holy Souls eventually settling in Portsmouth with her friend Margaret. She lived a very full life enjoying country dancing and spending time with friends. Music was her passion (as well as Jim Reeves). She loved to sing and we all loved to sing with her! Rosemary loved her immediate and extended family. She spent many years researching our family tree travelling to Ireland and the United States where she met with family that we did not know we had. Through this we had visits from relatives in America which gave Rosemary so much pleasure. She organised a reunion party bringing together family from home and far away, she just loved the craic and the fun of it all. She is greatly missed.
